Benefits of Turmeric Tea. Obtained from underground roots of the Curcuma Longa plant, turmeric is used as food, medicine and natural medicine for thousands of years. Used as the root of the turmeric powder, but taken for medical purposes in different ways and capsule, color, tablet, liquid extract, and tea.
