How effective is vitamin-enriched milk?

The semi-skimmed or skimmed milk products lose some of the fat soluble vitamins A, D and E in the process that removes the fat, so they contain smaller amounts of these vitamins than their entire presentations.

If you are a consumer of skimmed products may be appropriate to include in your diet milk fortified with these vitamins.

How effective is vitamin-enriched milk?

Recall the properties of Vitamin A

Since the recommended daily amount is about 10 mg., (100 grams of whole milk) may be interesting to take if you drink milk enriched few sources of this vitamin.
