Recommended Foods for controlling arthritis

The arthritis is an autoimmune pathology which are inflamed tissues injoints of the body on a regular basis.

 

Symptoms of arthritis are:

– pain in joints intense

-Mobility problems

-Stiffness

-Swelling in the joints

-Fatigue

-Weakness

-Fever

 

Certain foods act positively on the health of joints and allow progress prevent arthritis or that can alleviate symptoms.

Food is an important factor in the treatment of diseases such as arthritis.

The foods most recommended for people with arthritis are:

-Vegetables such as spinach, cucumber, celery, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, parsley , pumpkin , carrot, onion, leek, potato,garlic

-Fish like salmon, sardines, tuna, mackerel , herring

-Fruits like apples, cherries, strawberries, bananas, watermelons, melons, oranges, pineapple

-Kernel oils, canola oil, hazelnut oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil

– nuts such as walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, among other

– seeds , sesame, linseed

-Grains

-Legumes

-Soy and derivatives such as tofu , soy milk , soy yogurt etc.

 

Other foods that should be limited or avoided consumption are tomatoes, peppers, spinach, rhubarb, eggplant, beets. Since these foods can worsen arthritis and exacerbate symptoms of this disease.

You should also restrict the intake of coffee and totally avoid snuff because it hurts the health of the joints.

Arthritis is a chronic disease that can be cured but not treated with medication to relieve symptoms.

Proper diet and exercise really improves the quality of life of the person who has it. 

Adequate food assist in reducing symptoms and avoid suffering from pain because of this disease.
