Cure cirrhosis with papaya seeds

The carrot juice mixed with spinach juice, are a useful natural remedies to cure cirrhosisof the liver. Mix 200 ml of spinach juice with 300 ml of carrot juice to obtain half a liter of solution.
Alternatively, mix 300 ml of carrot juice with 100 ml of cucumber juice and 100 ml of beet juice.

Diet to treat cirrhosis

The patient should abstain from alcohol categorically, and start an initial program of cleansing the liver, adopting a diet of fruit or vegetable for a week.

After a week, you can extend this by adding fruit and milk diet for two or three settimane.Consumare three meals a day, fresh fruit (apples, pears, grapes, grapefruit, oranges, pineapple …) and split a liter of milk in three portions to be consumed at each meal.Increase the amount of milk of 250 ml per day, up to 2 liters per day. The milk should be fresh, slightly heated and should be eaten slowly.

After the diet of milk and fruit, you have to adopt a well-balanced diet, plant-based, wheat-based foods and fruits, with an emphasis on the elements raw and organic.

Avoid fatty foods, processed foods or frozen foods or condiments abundant. Avoid tea, coffee, fried foods and all preparations cooked in butter or oil and meat. The use of salt should be limited.
